The Urban Loft project was designed to highlight the expansive, open spaces of a downtown loft while maintaining a cozy, functional atmosphere.

The high ceilings and large windows allowed for an abundance of natural light, and we embraced this openness by using modular furniture and custom cabinetry that offered ample storage without cluttering the space. The design focused on creating a blend of raw, industrial materials and softer, inviting elements.

We juxtaposed the unfinished feel of concrete floors and metal accents with comfortable textiles and playful design details, such as colorful throw pillows and unique artwork. This balance between edgy industrial elements and cozy, personal touches created a space that felt both dynamic and homely, perfect for city living.
